We do not have a public retail storefront at this time.
All orders must be placed through our website.

Order Cut-Off Times
For same-day curbside pickup or same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 7:00 PM.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next day, and you will be contacted at some point the following day to arrange pickup or delivery.
Shipping
Tracked shipping starts at $9.99.
Shipping orders are processed the next business day and typically shipped the following business day.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on destination and order size.
Niagara Region Delivery
Same-day delivery is available within the Niagara Region.
Orders must be placed before 7:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following day.
Delivery starts at $7.99 unless the order qualifies for free delivery.

Curbside pickup is available in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Orders must be placed before 7:00 PM for same-day pickup.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
There is no need to contact us after placing an order, as this will not speed up processing.

All games are tested and guaranteed to work unless otherwise stated.
Because we deal exclusively in used items and maintain a large rotating inventory, please note the following:
• Manuals are not guaranteed unless specifically stated
• We cannot verify manual inclusion upon request if it is not listed
• Original cases are not guaranteed
• Some games may be shipped in replacement cases (DVD-style cases)
Used games may show signs of prior ownership including:
• stickers
• rental markings
• writing
• general cosmetic wear
Some stickers or markings cannot be safely removed without risking damage and may remain on the item.
Internal cosmetic details are not individually inspected or documented.
While we always try to send clean and presentable items, this is the nature of used inventory.
Product photos are provided as a general representation and may not reflect the exact copy that will be shipped.
Item Variations
Because RetroHead GameStore sells used and collectible items, there may be minor variations between copies of the same product.
